Damaged or defective product
If your order arrives damaged, broken in transit, or with a sealing/quality issue, photograph the issue and email us at hello@isodrip.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the affected bottles or refund them in full to your original payment method.
Change of mind
Because Isodrip is a sealed consumable, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed bottles. Unopened sealed cases may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund less shipping; the customer covers return shipping.
Cancellation before shipment
If you cancel before the order is dispatched, we will refund 100% within 5 business days.
How to claim
Email hello@isodrip.com with your order number, photographs (if applicable) and a brief description. We will respond within 1 business day.
Subscription orders
You may pause or cancel a subscription from your account dashboard at any time, with no fee. The next billing cycle will not be charged.
