Where we ship
We currently ship across India. Select international destinations may be available — please contact hello@isodrip.com for a quote.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm IST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 2–4 business days.
- Other Tier-1 cities: 3–5 business days.
- Tier-2 and remote pin codes: 5–8 business days.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on orders above ₹2,500. Below that, a flat ₹150 shipping fee is applied at checkout.
Glass-bottle handling
Every bottle ships in custom-cut foam inserts inside a double-walled corrugated box, with “Fragile” labelling. If a bottle arrives damaged despite this, we replace it free of charge.
